Why Should I Join the Association?
Becoming a member of the Greenville Area Property Manager’s Association allows you the opportunity to meet and network with other properties in your area. It also helps to keep you abreast of all current and proposed legislation affecting our industry. Education is another important part of our industry. Throughout the year we work together to arrange seminars, designation programs, and certification programs for our members. Members may purchase leases, written by some of the nation’s best real estate attorneys, through the association.
